Our project proposal is implemented at the Verebély Road site of the company to modernise the manufacturing process of our electrical products and to expand our production capacity.

The tools and devices purchased as a part of the project are in connection with all parts of the manufacturing process (pre-production, manufacturing, measuring, control, etc.).

When manufacturing our products we have to adhere to the requirements of the MSZ EN standards, and for this we have to perform I/O and Loop tests, and we will be able to do so using the modern measuring instruments to be purchased.The IT tools are essential in the design and execution of the manufacturing process. We need an IT support that is fast, reliable, easily mobilised and has the right software. In order to be able to track the data of the new measurement instruments to be used in the manufacturing we need an appropriate hardware background. The data of the devices connected to the machine can be viewed, filtered and processed. The construction design drawn up can be followed using the computer and the manufacturing process can be analysed. For manufacturing and calibrating the switch cupboards we need to use the planned optical, soldering technology devices and measuring equipment. By using thermal imaging cameras, devices required to located expected faults it is possible to detect the heating of couplings or incorrect couplings. The gauge board to be purchased significantly improves the time and quality of quality control, thus the quality and reliability of the products output will be improved considerably.
